Something I have struggled with most of my life is trusting myself. This issue has come up multiple times in sessions I have had with my own coach and I have a feeling it impacts most of us as women. We are told from childhood that there is a right answer and a wrong answer for everything and the teacher, the parent, the elder, the guy is the one with the answer. But what's true is that YOU know the answers to many of the questions you seek and even when you don't, YOU can trust yourself to know the answer when you find it. As Glinda the Good Witch told Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, "You've always had the power my dear, you just had to learn it yourself."

Habit Tips to Live By - Better Sleep Ahead
As life gets busier and busier, it's no wonder we have a hard time falling asleep with all of the thoughts running through our mind at night. Here is a great habit that not only helps promote better sleep, but also helps you wake up calmer and ready for your day.
Before you go to bed (or even better at the end of your workday), do a "Brain Dump" of all the things you need to do. Don't worry about when or how you will do them, just let anything that comes to mind flow and write it down.
Next, look through the list and choose the top 3 items that HAVE to be done and schedule them for the soonest possible time. If they can't be done the next day, choose the next 3 items that need to be done and CAN be done the next day and schedule them.
Finally, say to yourself..."I've done all I can do with these now and I have a plan." This won't automatically make you sleep like a baby the first night, but as you do it consistently, you will find yourself lying down for bed with a calm mind and will have better sleep.
